All treatments are booked online and require a credit card to hold. In the event that you no show, cancel or reschedule outside of our time boundary (48 hours), you will be charged $25.00.

To avoid the cancellation fee, please notify us 48 hours in advance via phone or email if you are unable to keep your appointment. Appointments cancelled without the proper notification will result in a $25.00 fee being charged to the credit card on file. If there is no card on file, the session will be deducted. 

If this is your first time visiting, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow you to fill out paperwork and prepare for your treatment. In consideration of other guests, service time will not be extended for late arrivals. Please note this may affect your treatment outcome and experience. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be subject to cancellation.

As a courtesy we send out confirmation emails and texts after booking and 48 hours prior to your appointment. Please note these notifications are system generated and not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to confirm your appointment.

A consent form will be given to you prior to your first treatment. Please read and sign. This form is valid for all sessions performed from the date of your first treatment. Keep your technician updated of any medical conditions, prescription medications, and other treatments you are undergoing.

Payment in full is due upon your first treatment unless other payment arrangements have been made. If other payment arrangements have been made, the credit card on file will be automatically charged on the due date(s). All services purchased will expire 1 year after first session is redeemed.

One promo per service per client. Not combinable. Packages must be prepaid in full to receive discount.
